I love freeze dried vegetables.
Like the little things you get in instant noodles, and they’re totally beyond recognition, like they have no similarity at all to their original incarnation, they’re just these chewy, spongy, green and white and yellow and orange cubes with no discernible flavour.

wtf how is this possible??? you only have two modules?
I’m doing two by distance that semester so still plenty of work, just very open, which is good cos I’ll have tons of flexibility for when I’m available to work etc., and fit my extracurriculars around that.
